  • Mailing activities directed to new contacts for the promotion of the brands;
  • Newsletter sending activities to active customers to report events, changes to sales conditions, new product and collection releases, and other relevant information;
  • Promotion of the represented brands on corporate sales channels: website, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
  • Support for the organization of events at the offices of final foreign customers (showrooms, presentations at architectural firms, etc.);
  • Assistance in organizing visits by foreign customers at the offices of the represented company;
  • Project management with coordination activities between the represented company and the end customer;
  • Support in the management of any complaints regarding production defects, changes in delivery times, prices etc.
SERVICES IN THE TERRITORY
  • Commercial support and presence during the main trade fairs;
  • The entourage of the customers to the offices of the represented company during organized visits;

  • Management of the opening of new accounts and/or stores based on the saturation of the reference markets (in coordination with the company’s Export Managers)

  • Constant updating via newsletter on the news introduced by suppliers (prices, new products and collection releases, details on participation in fairs, etc.);
  • Support in the management of marketing activities (publications in magazines, etc.);
  • Brokerage activities directed to suppliers relating to the sales conditions of supply.
